Runaway Trip To Bandung

It was Saturday, when my friends came to my house and they picked me up by car. They told me that We were going to go out of town. That was unpredictable and really made me suprise because we will go to Bandung and there wasn’t any confirmation to me before.

At 10 o’clock in the morning, We started the journey from my house  and realized that the road was very crowded. Then, We decided to take toll road to save the time. About thirty minutes later, We were out from toll road and continue the journey. We tried to find a store to buy some food and drink as our provisions. After that, we continued our trip to Bandung. Well, it took approximately about three hours to get there.

We were arrived at Pasteur, Bandung around 1 p.m. It was rainy outside when I came into Holiday Inn. The Inn was in the center of Bandung. The toll road was so crowded. At the first night I went arround and stopped at on of Boutique nearby. I bought 2 special t-shirts from Bandung.

The next day We’ve spent the whole day at Tangkuban Parahu. Tangkuban Parahu is the name of a mountain in West Java. It's a famous mountain through the legend of Sangkuriang and Dayang Sumbi. We enjoyed the scenery of Tangkuban Parahu Crater. The way to get there was really nice, we could see the fields and woods around us with the beautiful mountain behind them. Furthermore, we could feel the fresh air which was difficult to find in Jakarta. The Crater was full of smoke. I looked very deep and also dangerous. Well, the situation there was really amazing. It was the right place to relax our self and mind. The beautiful dam with the blue sky were really wonderful mixture of nature. We relaxed and felt calm. And did not forget to take pictures together. Unfortunetely, the rain disturbed the beautiful panorama.

The car took me to the center of town before the sunset. We came to Pasar Baru in the center of Bandung. Pasar Baru is name of market. It provided a lot of clothing and goods as special souvenirs. After we got a lot of gift, we left Bandung in the evening.
